30-Day Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in the original packaging.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at support@octagonlabs.co with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. Cryptocurrency refunds will be issued at the current exchange rate at the time of refund.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

• Items that have been opened or used
• Items returned after 30 days from delivery
• Items damaged due to mishandling

Shipping Costs

Original shipping costs are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@octagonlabs.co with photos of the damage. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.
